Body Buster Bootcamp® is a motivating style of group fitness.
Participants will see positive results comparable to that of having personal training, but at a fraction of the cost.
Body Buster members will see maximum results in a minimum amount of time.
Ideal for both women and men, Body Buster Bootcamp® targets all areas of the body through a well-balanced exercise program.
This program was created specifically to be flexible and accommodating for all body types and fitness levels while still gauranteeing results.
Every Body Buster Bootcamp® class is different!
Overtime, your body and muscles adapt to a regular, repetive routine, ultimately reaching a plateau. Your body gets used to the static routine, and stops improving. The Body Buster program breaks you out of a boring, repetitive routine. Using a wide range of fitness equipment in class, members will improve physically with every class and never plateu. This is commonly referred to as "muscle confusion", and it is a good thing. Our fresh and unique program style takes advantage of a variety of exercises, equipment, and class formats. The Body Buster Bootcamp® program is designed to be different and more comprehensive than any other workout, giving you what you need to achieve maximum results.
Many people describe Body Buster Bootcamp® as being like "Personal training in a group environment".
Our instructors will teach you the correct way to do exercises and use equipment.
You will learn proper techniques for various cardiovascular drills and circuits used in class.
These are exercise routines and techniques you can do yourself outside of class, in your own time, at home, at work, on the weekend, whenever, and whereever!
The Body Buster Bootcamp® program will continuously challenge you to get fit, have fun, and improve your overall health.
Q: Do I have to be in excellent shape to do Body Buster classes?
A: No! Body Buster Bootcamp® is designed to work out anybody at any fitness level from beginners to very athletic individuals. This program will help take you to your next level wherever that may be. Whether you are “out of shape” or an elite athlete, be prepared to be motivated and challenged to get the results that you are looking for!
Q: Is it okay for me to attend classes at different times and or locations?
A: Yes. Body Buster allows all its members this flexibility, using our customized, members-only online system. When registered you will receive all the information regarding making up missed classes as well as all the other "extras" Body Buster Bootcamp® offers!
Q: Are all Body Buster instructors qualified?
A: Yes. All Body Buster instructors have completed the Body Buster Instructor Training Program and Body Buster Service Excellence Training. Instructors are qualified Group Fitness Instructor Specialists and/or Personal Trainers as well as have valid first aid and CPR. All Body Buster instructors bring unique backgrounds and various education with them.
Q: What makes the Body Buster Bootcamp® program different from other so called "Boot Camp" programs?
A: Body Buster Bootcamp® is the '"Real Deal". Many programs claiming to be "fitness bootcamps" are little more than a “group fitness class” or running group, with a little camouflage thrown in for effect. Body Buster Bootcamp® incorporates many drills and obstacles that are comparable to those done in real boot camp training. Body Buster Bootcamp® guarantees to provide its members quality training and a quality program. If you dedicate yourself, you will absolutely see measurable results after your four week program!
Q: What is so great about the "co-ed" factor?
A: Many "Women or Men Only" boot camps only focus on target areas. Women only boot camps often only focus on the bum and tum. Men only boot camps often only focus on the chest and arms. When taking a fitness program of any kind, it is important to understand that you cannot "spot reduce". It is crucial to work more than just a few "target" areas no matter what gender you are. The Body Buster Bootcamp® whole body workout will give you the "total body" results you are looking for.
Q: What sort of results should I expect to see?
A: Expect to see a decrease in body fat, inches, and weight. Many members tell us they sleep better and can better handle stressful situations. You can also expect to see an increase in your endurance levels, alertness, cardio strength, overall well being, and much more!
Q: What if I miss a class?
A: Members are allowed a maximum of two (2) makeup classes per program. Certain conditions do apply. See New Members Help for more details.
Q: Can I make up missed classes next program?
A: No. Missed days can not be carried forward to a future boot camp program. You may only makeup classeses during the current program. More details are available on the New Members Help page.
Q: What if I am late for class?
A: Try to avoid distrupting the class. The last thing members want is to be distracted while focusing on their workout. Join in as quickly as possible.
Q: How much does it all cost?
A: Prices as low as $14.17* per class! Prices vary depending on the number of classes and program membership you sign up for! Please see our Bootcamp Pricing for details.
*based on a three (3) class per week program, ten (10) program membership at $170 + taxes per program. $170 / 12 classes = $14.17 + applicable taxes.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac Online, Cash, Cheques, and Money Orders. Cheques and Money Orders are payable to "Body Buster Inc". Payments must be made before the start of your first class.
(There is a $25 service charge for returned cheques, and $40 service charge for any credit card declines or cancellations.)
