How long have you been a Body Buster member?

I have been a Body Buster fitness member for about 10 months. I joined in October 2009.

What do you like most about the Body Buster program?

What I like most about the program is the fact that each class is different and challenging. It is never boring. This really keeps me motivated. I also like how we work our entire bodies during each class and are encouraged to push ourselves beyond what we think we can do.

What results have you seen since joining Body Buster?

I have lost about 15 lbs. since I started the program.

Why have you chosen to continue with Body Buster?

I have chosen to continue with boot camp because at this point, it would feel unnatural for me not to be in the program. I feel like I finally found something that works for me. It has improved my body and physical strength in ways that I could never achieve before.

How has the Body Buster program made you feel in terms of overall health?

In terms of my overall health, I feel stronger and want to keep building on that. I definitely feel more energetic. I have made progress in terms of cardio and endurance. Most importantly, boot camp has enhanced my ability to recognize that hard work does pay off; and this positive learning has contributed to an overall healthy body and attitude.

What have you gained from being a Body Buster member?

I feel that I have gained a healthier lifestyle that includes eating right and making good choices. In addition, I have gained knowledge about what it really takes to see results. I have gained more of a balance in my life, one that includes taking time out for myself twice a week to focus on exercising and being with people who enjoy doing the same thing. Mostly, I have gained exposure to a way of working out that for once in my life, doesn't feel like a chore or a hassle. Boot camp really is fun!

My overall positive experience is due to our amazing instructor and the rest of the High Park members who are truly awesome!
